Beds were small. I wish beds were queen instead of full size.

4 stars hotel with very limited luggage carts.limted staging area in front of the hotel on a busy street. Trying to check in and unloading with no carts available is a safety issue. I saw 2 carts the entire time I was in the hotel. One on the day I check in and the second one when I checked out. I asked the lady at the check out if there was any carts available, she told me to check on the side of the registration desk, nothing at usually the entire time I was checking out. I had 18 of my staff staying at the Westin in Dhaka for 11 months all VIP suites and the service was 5 stars plus. A third world country!
I was not recognized as a Westin member at the time of check in.at the National Harbor.
