They never disclosed the pool was down for reservations and that the pool would be across the way at their sister hotel Hilton garden Inn. With cold water
Our car battery died and no front desk even tried to assist or offer just to sit in the lobby with 2 small kids. We want to the sister hotel they were so kind and respectful and jumped us with no issue even offered for is to stay in the lobby until we got service.

The hotel was very nice and clean.Staff was nice and friendly.I booked a stay for 3 nights but due to a family emergency,was only able to stay 1 night with no problem at checkout.Will definitely be returning to hopefully get my full stay in next time.Would highly recommend this hotel ✅️✅️✅️

The hotel was dirty. There was a baseball tournament league staying too, which were loud and obnoxious. I get the staff can't do anything about that, but they did leave trash and food everywhere that should have been cleaned. In the halls, in the lobby, outside, etc. It was kinda gross.
Upon arrival, we were greeted appropriately and the staff was nice. Right away after we got to the room I noticed a large urine stain on the bed. Just GROSS. I don't know how housekeeping could have missed it. The front desk staff was great and replaced it, but it made me feel uneasy about the hotel's cleanliness. The hot tub initially didn't work, but that was fixed promptly the next day. I'd give our stay a 5/10 and that's being generous.
