loved the convenient and good restaurant. loved the lounge in there. Enjoyed the chaise lounge in my room. liked that there were sufficient and convenient outlets for charging. liked the coffee station and all the help I got to keep it going. liked the bathroom.
Negatives:
the shower is very confusing and annoying to use with the top bottom thing. And the heat wound up being set fine, but when I tried to change the thermostat, it wasn't doing what I wanted. not much to complain about

The location, it was great for exploring in the evenings, I felt safe and I enjoyed the walk to the meeting location each day.

There was no entrance to the parking facility that was behind the property.

The woman who checked me out the next morning could have been more professional and attentive. She was on a call and ignored me for a minutes. After she noticed that I was recording videos to document my stay for my tic tok promotions ad she stated that it couldn't film the staff. Which i didn't and she seemed to have a little bit of an attitude. The woman that checked me in the night before was lovely, pleasant and very helpful. She was the best. Overall I had a wonderful stay other than checking out.

Good but not excellent

It was clean and modern, in an excellent location.
The staff were very pleasant and courteous. The housekeeping was efficient and room was always clean when we returned. Water from a fountain and ice was available next to the elevator. The was a clean empty bottle to fill in the room.
Negatives:
The bed was uncomfortable. Some of the towels were like sandpaper. The breakfast had a lot of potential, with a nice menu and setting. However the kitchen must have had a problem and was extremely slow. We ordered 2 cups of coffee and were told they were making it fresh. At first only 1 cup was served and it was lukewarm. Finally 15 minutes later a 2nd cup was served. We waited more than 1 hour for our food. When it finally came out , it was cold and looked like it had been sitting out. Apparently they were seriously understaffed. We didn’t want to wait any longer for fresh food and decided to leave. The reception desk was apologetic , courteous and offered to remove the charge for breakfast, however it was not removed from the bill when we departed. There was only 1 valet and he was not always available when we needed him.
