The location of the hotel was 5 minutes from the church where I was attending a family funeral. That was very convenient.
Negatives:
1) Parking was in a nearby garage on the 5th and 6th floors. The elevator was "under repair" but the front desk never informed me that I'd have to walk up and down to park and retrieve my vehicle. They did not charge me the daily $18 parking fee after my wife complained.
2) They never cleaned my room and gave the excuse that the "Do Not Disturb" sign was on the door after 11 am. What a bunch of BS. I've been in hotels all over the world and NEVER have had a problem with rooms being cleaned.

The room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to find the exercise mat with bands in the room. It inspired me to use them.
Negatives:
The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the garage elevator was broken and I had to walk the 6 flights up and down several times.

The hotel management acts as if it is helpful and innovative. Blah-blah sayings everywhere. Unfortunately, the reality is different: I have now asked the hotel management three times to send me an invoice with the name of my company. I left my details several times. The hotel staff promised me again and again that they would prepare the invoice. So far they still haven't sent me an invoice. It would be nice if the hotel management spread less blah blah - and instead did their job.

Shower leaked half of water out of hose. Staff did not fix it after being notified. Bed was a sponge, sink 6 inches on it, staff said no alternatives, I flipped mattress over.
