Poor customer service, when I requested to change rooms, it was not well-received. The bedsheets did not smell clean and the beds did not look presentable.
Overall, they need to improve on how they handle their customer's requests and the appearance and hygiene of the room beddings.

It is too pricy for the quality of the room. The room is big and comfortable, but it doesn't smell clean. The floor was sticky, the sheets were put upside-down, and the wrong way, the towels were no white was yellowish. The lights in the bathroom weren't working right. There was a lot of trash on the outside under the stairs near the parking lot.
The room was smelling dirty mixed with cigarette. I just thought that was way too expensive for the room.
