Room advertised online compared to the room we got was completely different. We were placed in a non smoking room but the room smelled like someone had just smoked a cigarette. We didnt even stay the night and have not received a refund

The hotel is dirty and smells bad. The rooms are really dirty, floor and bed linens. Only give you one key so you cant leave your air on in the room while you are not in the room.

Being clean would be nice!!!! Get rid of the odor and let you guests have an extra key so the room can either heat up or cool down while they go eat.
