Accessible by light rail, but...
Positives:
It was clean, no weird smells but also no overly intense perfumey smells either. The location was nice and the view was pleasant. I love the proximity to downtown.

Overall, the location, staff, and facility were very good. Staff was friendly and helpful, and we were within walking distance to everything we were interested in.

We did see 1 roach, that we removed from the room ourselves, & the beds could've been a little softer (but I personally prefer softer beds, so that's just me)

Clean, close to shops.
Main purpose was to downtown DC to see cherry blossom.. this property is about 25 min drive but saved lots of money comparing to staying at downtown DC.
Negatives:
Booking.com showed $10 parking fee per day parking but it was $20 per day when staff informed at check-in. Booking.com needs to update this information.

Positives:
The property was nice, very close to the Filmore which is the main reason for my stay. It was a very nice hotel, clean and the bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
I paid a decent amount for the hotel and the fact that I had to pay for parking was unbelievable was told $20 a night when in the description for the hotel it states $10 a night and on top of it breakfast was not free which I thought it was, was not worth $20 a person for “buffet” wish there was a sign stating that breakfast is not free. I’ve stayed in nicer hotels that offer free breakfast.
