Clean room, attractive lobby. Comfortable bed.
Room service woke me up at 8 am. Water does not drain out of shower so you stand in water. No bath towels provided.

Location and cleanliness Also the customer service was great when I ran into a problem of extending my stay, the head manager took care of things quickly.
The bathrooms did not have an AC vent so it got hot and muggy in there at times

Parking is terrible. Staff more fixated on wiping down desk than taking care of guest. Not on duty all the time. People coming in and out of hotel that weren't staying there looking to start trouble. Bad area of town.

Location, Staff, appearance
Room was not as well kept as when I had stayed previously. There was a large carpet stain and the shower curtain was visibly discolored at the bottom with evidence of mildew.
Mold in the bathtub and under the soap holder and hand rail. I am a amputee and have to sit in the tub and I see what most people donÃƒÂ¢Ã¢Â‚Â¬Ã¢Â„Â¢t see.
The location was perfect and lots of restaurants available.
We liked the convenient location and friendly staff.
The cloth seating in the eating and public areas were stained and unsightly. Food stains got on my clothing from sitting in chairs. Would suggest using furniture that can be wiped down and that will not capture food and other grub.
