We were scared to eat the breakfast after seeing the room.

The sheets, wash clothes and towels we old and dingy. The carpet was disgusting. There were obvious stains. The noise level did not allow for sleep.

I have to go downstairs to get them. I didn't agree with that because I am spending my money for 3 days and had to go get my own towels. If I can't get someone to bring my towels why would I be expected to leave a tip.

Was on the lower end of price for the DC area. Beds and shower and AC very nice. Spacious king room on the 2nd floor. Free Breakfast was delicious & free coffee & tea all day. Breakfast area very clean and lots of seating.
