I haven’t received my deposit back yet and it’s been almost a month now on the 25th and I wasn’t charged anything extra so I don’t understand what’s going on

Great location, easy access to interstate. Adequate parking available. Breakfast was good but basic (eggs, waffles, bagels, cold cereal, juice, and coffee). Staff was friendly.

They never told us the pool broke down and we couldn't cancel our reservation. We changed our hotel reservations specifically for the pool, and no one had the decency to tell us so we could have switched hotels and the staff were not nice when we were talking about it. They could have comped us or gave us a discount but that didn't happen either the other cheer moms and I who stayed there will never do so again this was supposed to be a special time for ours girls to have team time during their competition and it was ruined

The breakfast and location was good.
Negatives:
We were traveling with kids and specifically booked there because of pool. The pool was closed and when we discussed we wanted to go to a different location they would not do it because we booked through a third party. They also never communicated that the pool was unavailable until we got there and they said we could talk to the manager. When we tried the manager was not available. We also found a cockroach in our bathroom in the middle of the night. When we brought it to the front desk attention they were going to try and move us to another room but there were others we were traveling with so they couldn't get moved. We were told a full cleaning of our room and apologized. When we returned to the room that evening the bathroom floor was definitely not cleaned as there was still pieces of trash they I specifically left to see if they were actually cleaning it. A very dissatisfied customer here.

I didn't like the fact that their indoor pool was closed during my stay. I had initially picked this hotel because of it and for my son's birthday weekend.
