The staff was always willing to help and helped us three times to get a decent bedroom so we could have more peace of mind during our stay. Also they were so kind.

The place is not like the pictures show. The place smells not good in the halls and the bedrooms, even the no smoke ones, smells a cigarette or weed smoke. Not good Internet in the bedrooms and in their features they say the have breakfast included but since COVID, the don't have this available.

it has roaches, the cleaning people come way too early before check out time and knock multiple times really loud. Everytime i took a shower the water was coming from under the woods floors and i recorded it to show management but received no refund
