There was a bug in my room. (2) I didn't appreciate having to paid for parking and no continental breakfast. The Hiltons are filthy rich, why in the world you have to pay for parking. (3) The shower was working properly.Usually I investigate the place I'm staying, looking at the reviews. I didn't look at the reviews, my mistake. Normally, I am not a complainer, but I had to write this, so maybe they will make improvements. The wait staff was very nice, that was a plus for me

Rented a room over a lone weekend and after arriving found signs in the parking lot telling you to “pay by phone” for parking. No mention of the $10 (plus a bunch of fees and tax) per day parking rate…. I am a Hilton gold member and when I asked about this I was told they would remove the charge and she typed something into the computer. Needles to say I still was charged $57 for parking after checking out.
I was told room are only cleaned on every THIRD day. No cleaning in the third nor fourth day…. No knob hanger asking for the room to be cleaned so the room was never cleaned for five days. Upon checking out and asking about this I received a “Huh” for a reply and that the “cleaners were busy” and must have just never gotten to my room……
On check in i was told I could receive my additional points or a daily credit for food. Not both that Gold members typically get.
Considering I Paid over $200 a night and still had to pay for parking even though I was told they would comp it and no Maid service as well as half the bonuses that a Hilton gold member gets I was very disappointed.
