Negatives:
I guess Bookings.com interfered with our corporate travel vendor and booked the room. Because of this I come to find out I don't get the points. They told me at the front desk there was a Bookings.com reservation. However, I didn't use Bookings.com, I used Concur. They did tell me at the hotel that I would still receive the points, however I have come to find out that now I won't. I'm extremely upset about this and this issue!! I'm even more upset that no one will do anything about it except say sorry and too bad.

Stay was OK.
Positives:
Quiet location, easy to access, comfortable bed, coffee available in the lobby
Negatives:
Be advised Hilton Garden Inns no longer include continental breakfast. There is a charge per person for the breakfast buffet.

I didnt like that the washer and dryer needed coins. And the desk couldnt give me any change

Its a nice hotel out of the way

I liked the location.
Negatives:
I didnt like the fact that housekeeping didnt come daily to service the room and I had to go down to the front desk to get towels and wash clothes relinquished and the Kuerg coffee machine didnt work in the room.
Positives:
2 large TVs in the room.
Negatives:
Hotel starting to show its age. Lobby area still looks great, but rooms need some updating. I stayed here 4 years ago, and it has deteriorated since then.
