Convenient location.
Negatives:
Harassed & targeted by another said guest.This said guest was constantly in the lobby conversing with the staff , etc..., or outside at the front of the hotel which was the only entrance/exit .I thought that she must work or live there , but was told that she was a guest by the front desk clerk and that I should just ignore her . She would block our entrance.Jump, & scream at my senior pet dog , and say hateful comments. I feel that she was trying to provoke me to be be rude , or my dog to bark or seem violent towards her, but didn't succeed . I called & spoke with the manager and was emailed back that they spoke with this guest and informed her that she has to respect guests with pets . I also asked for a refund, but that didn't happen . I feel that other guests with pets need to be warned about this hotel. It seems to me that she stays here consistently. I just can't understand why someone who hates dogs so badly would choose to stay at a pet friendly hotel & harrass guests with pets , when there are plenty of hotels that aren't pet friendly.

Lamps in-between the beds didn't work and no electrical outlets at the nightstand tor charging cell phones , etc...
