Location was close to Harvard. The outdoor area was nice. Staff were friendly.

The bedding was dirty. The hot water pot was dirty. The outlets by lamp didn’t work. The breakfast was just cold eggs and hamburger buns.

Positives:
Terrible breakfast…powdered eggs, greasy bacon, 3 kinds of cereal ALL CHEERIOS! Bagels that turned out to be hamburger buns. NO ORANGE JUICE all served buffet style like some No-tell/Motel on the freeway.
Negatives:
This is a very expensive hotel with absolutely No Amenities. Five years ago we stayed here and they had a great bar and a decent restaurant. Now there is neither of those things. We left a day early due to noisy neighbors in the room next door who partied until 3:00AM on both nights we were there. The staff was sympathetic but could do nothing. This hotel has totally fallen on hard times. I would not recommend it to anyone.

The bus stop is just a few steps far from the hotel and you can easily reach the city centre. The staff was friendly and supportive.
Negatives:
The breakfast was very poor. The walls were very thin and the noise of the neighbouring rooms were heard.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We requested an extra blanket and box fan which were delivered to the room very soon after the request. Breakfast was included and was much more than what we anticipated. The room was very clean and spacious. I would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful, room was very nice with a view of the river, location was great.
Negatives:
The AC appeared to not be working in the room, it was really warm and that made it hard to sleep. When I checked in they said that there is coffee service in the room on request, so I requested it but never got it. The "free" breakfast only includes some items and not the ones I would have chosen (like a breakfast sandwich.)

Good location to tourist attraction places with car. Nice looking art design hotel. Having craft food hall with variety of beer was cool. Able to check in early was totally PLUS.
Negatives:
It is the first time we see complimentary breakfast needs to order from app and boxes comes out. Selection and food quality were just OK.
