Positives:
It was very close to Roadrunner, so it’s a great location if you’re going there. The staff was very nice as well.
Negatives:
The room was freezing and the heat didn’t work. I turned on the heat specifically and turned it up to 72 but it just blew out cold air. The comforter also had holes in it. Almost everything was unplugged, save the TV and one lamp, and we couldn’t reach the outlets to plug other lamps in, so that was weird. The restaurant in the hotel was closed and it would have been nice to have been made aware of this at the time of booking, even at check in would have sufficed. Also very expensive for what you get.

It’s a good location if...

It was adorable and the rooms were very comfortable
Negatives:
The breakfast was cold, there was cereal with no milk, no juice when I asked the front desk for juice it seemed like they didn't know about the breakfast situation. There was no one around to ask in the breakfast area.. if you're going to offer breakfast and you can't staff, maybe just offer bagels and coffee and juice... Wouldn't recommend the food here

The mattresses were firm and I usually prefer a pillow top, but these were very comfortable. No extra charge for parking.
Negatives:
We arrived about 3.5 hours later than expected and were told they were sold out and tried to put my son and I in a king bed, when we paid for two queens. First room given to us was next to an elevator, which I specifically asked not to be. Second room we stood outside of waiting for keys and we heard water draining, there were water stained tiles. We didn’t even go in. Took the third room. It was difficult finding a parking spot. There’s construction going on next door and construction workers arrive at 6 am-not quietly! Breakfast was a joke-first morning it took about 15 minutes just to get coffee. The orange juice was good. The scrambled eggs were sitting in water. Only a few pieces of bacon were left and sitting in fat. Second morning we arrived an hour earlier and it wasn’t much better. Lucky they had croissants and bagels. The second day they had ice cubes in the orange juice and it tasted completely watered out. Not a good experience!
