Positives:
This hotel is a little gem outside downtown Boston closer to the Harvard area. There is a bus stop behind the hotel which is very convenient in commuting to downtown and other places you may want to visit. It’s also a short 15-minute commute via Uber/Lyft to either downtown or Boston Logan airport. There’s also a grocery store, restaurants and atm machine nearby. They service the hotel room daily which is such a great touch specially coming home from a long day of walking or sightseeing. They also have a laundry onsite and they serve breakfast daily. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Because it’s my birthday trip, they gave us a room with a view of the Charles river. They also provided us with an extra blanket and space heater when I called and said I felt cold at night and their heater is not ON for the season. Our room is clean, spacious and organized. The hotel has a very artsy and boutique vibe which is refreshing overall.
Negatives:
I like that they have laundry service but you will need to have quarters ready or 5 or dollar bills to get change. It’s $2 per wash/dry cycle. The breakfast and free coffee could be better.

As paid, the room was big - two rooms
Negatives:
The breakfast - taking inco account he price - was very simple and second day I did not feel having sufficient variety of food. Moreover, as I flew from Europe and had "night" in the afternoon I asked for a quite room. The hotel did external parteis and it was noisy until 10 or 11 PM.

Breakfast was basic and didn’t contain healthy options (lots of pastries and sugary cereal). Also amenities were quite basic.
