Positives: Full breakfast buffet included with room was good. Lots of choices and plenty of food.
Negatives: The hotel pool and hot tub did not look very clean (water dingy) so didn’t use. The overall cleanliness of the room wasn’t great, especially noticeable in the bathroom. The grout on the tile floor was brown in several space and made more noticeable by it being white in the corners. This combined with small stains in the ceiling and on wallpaper made me question overall cleanliness.

Positives: Walking in the ambiance was very nice.
Negatives: Someone else's dirty sock in our sheets!! So we're sheets ever changed?? Lots of concerns here. My son's told us in the am, the sheets looked dirty with crusty debris on the pull out bed. Ordered food to go from Characters at 855. Wasn't very busy. Waited over an hour. As more people showed up, they all got their orders that were placed after ours. Bartender went and checked twice. Went back to room at 1004, 2 orders were incorrect. Dairy allergies. Called 4 times and staff was upset because kitchen closed at 10. Finally they agreed to remake. Basically brought us the same turkey club with cheese, aioli sauce and buttered bun. Also asked for plain bacon cheeseburger and it had mayo, lettuce, tomato and that same aioli sauce.

Positives: The property was OK needs updating did the police mall the the people that stay there they were disgusting arguing, fighting after midnight crank calling people rooms smoking marijuana in the hotel. Disgusting not worth the money.
Negatives: The staff was good they need more help specially security The pool area was disgusting people with loud music smoking marijuana in the pool area. They need the police is better. What a shame.

Negatives: The TV was not working, and it the front disk didn't respond. Also, I got a text as soon as I got to the room asking if everything was OK , which was a great touch, but when I responded with the TV problem, I got no answer at all. Finally, after a couple of hours, I called again, and the problem was solved.
