Had dinner at the bar. Food was good and portions were great. 2 people on staff at the Restaurant/Bar on a Friday and Saturday night was not adequate. Wait times for food and drink orders could have been better. Not taking away from the job done by Darlene and Alex however (especially Darlene). On these busy nights with a lot of take-out and room orders, along with plenty of in-restaurant sit down customers, the place was just understaffed. Can't brag enough about Darlene however, she's most definitely a work horse. Maybe add a third staffer on busy nights and give Darlene a well-deserved raise.
Negatives:
Maybe a little more attention to dusting/cleaning (like the light fixtures over the bar).

Why do you sell the most expensive room with breakfast included when they don't accept it? This is a rip-off. I had to pay for breakfast twice, once with Booking.com and once with the hotel. I'm very disappointed with both.

The place is beautiful, well decorated and clean.

My dog’s leash got stuck in the elevator with her outside and me in. The doors closed, I stopped the elevator and hit the alarm. No one came to help. I was in a panic thinking my dog was going to get hanged. I called my husband and he and another guest saved my dog. My husband said the man at the desk did not know what to do. Although the situation was my fault I did not get any help from the staff during this emergency.
