There was no bath mat. We stayed 2 nights and were gone from 9 to 4:30 and our room was never cleaned at all or any coffee or cups replaced. Plastic silverware at breakfast. Plastic cups in room.

When I arrived I was put on the first floor. Upon entering the room I saw long black hairs all over the top of the bed and pillows. Housekeeping came and changed the sheets. There were also other cleanliness issues. The toilet water was brown. The vent clearly hadn’t been cleaned in years, the water sprayer was all rust, and I found a patch of fake eyelashes in one of my towels. I was put in a hallway with some sort of foreign teen travel group. They ran up and down the hallways slamming doors and laughing until around midnight. If there is a group like this, they should be kept in an isolated part of the hotel and no other guests should be subjected to this. The hotel was not full so I know they could have put me somewhere quiet.

Unfortunately though I asked for a non-smoking room, the room still smelled of the vestiges of cigarette smoke from days long past.
