Negatives: We arrived around 9pm and checked in for our 5 night stay. In the am before we left I requested our bed to be made. The explained we only change linen every 3 days. I said that's fine I don't need the sheets changed just the bed made. Came back that night late and no bed made. Called desk to ask why they apologized and said they would make a note for our bed to be made daily. Came back the next night it was made. That would be the last time they stepped into our room. The trash was over flowing no toilet paper same towels unless we walked downstairs to get fresh. When you pay over $1000 to stay in a hotel you expect at least your bed made and fresh towels I could have cared less anout changing the sheets but only making the bed 1 time in 5 nights is ridiculous and the only reason they did that was because I complained 3 other parties that traveled with us received no service at all. Kept telling us short staffed needed to prepare for new guests checking in. I know they have told other members of our party that have complained that we were told this was a limited service hotel but they did not!! Limited service would have been great we had no service!! I would never recommend this location!! Booking.com you should not represent this hotel I expect more when using your sight and will not be booking with you again in the future.

Negatives: Housekeeping could be more frequent. Lift was not working for two of the three weeks that I stayed there

Negatives: The Breakfast wasn't very good. But we had a Kitchenette so we made our grocery.

Negatives: I HAD A MEETING AT 8:00 am. I did not ck out! I packed my bag in trip down to lobby. I left tooth paste & brush in bathroom. I also left sun glasses on kit table so i would not forget when cking out. At end if meeting… i went back to room … my tooth past & brush were gone. My sun glasses were also gine. Despite the fact that I had not checked out. (9:45 am) my room was entered. Cleaned and my items gone. I found the cleaning person. Not good English. I walked her to the room. And gestured bushing my teeth. And asked about my glasses. I then saw a drawer on her cart. I opened it. My prescrip sun glasses were in it! There was absolutely no ck out that prompted an entry to space i rented until 11:00 am. Have you no system that inform cleaning staff of actual check outs❓ I owned a small resort in Cape Cod. Slept 120 people. Im not sure why this poor woman was not apprised if early ck outs rather than have her randomly open doors , guessing which room she could change over ! Perhaps the front desk should put their cell phone down and produce a list of confirmed ck outs. Front desk staffing was woefully inattentive, unconcerned, and too visibly involved in their cell! Also. When making reservation i asked for a room near elevator. Not a room way at end of hall. Room224 was almost at end! We managed but I did early request.

Negatives: The breakfast was very simple, not much option. The same menu everyday. Also the location of the hotel is very remote. The other issue was that the garbage of the other rooms were left in front of our rooms. With repeated request they did delay in removing the garbage bags.
