Honestly didnt care for the hotel

Bed uncomfortable. Pillows lumpy and small. Room had a weird musty smell. Hallways were in bad shape. Overall felt dirty. Can hear all the traffic very loud in room

the front desk woman was very nice and accomidated us very well. unfourtunitly there was police activity right beside me in the other room whivh forced me to leave 5 hrs into my stay. hoping i get refunded

Staff said we could charge the electric vehicle we took and then decided to not only unplug us but to take the extension cord. Staff wouldn't extend stay without a 40% increase. Terrible. We went elsewhere for the extra day.

The hot chocolate and lemon water in the lobby was nice. It was quiet in my room (except for the highway sounds). If there were others staying in rooms around me I didnt hear them. The hotel was very close to many different stores around me.

The hotel was an older building. Although my room was clean it felt a bit shabby due to dingy drop ceilings, tub drain being out, loose door lock.

I wouldn't know booking .com overbooked as usual. So the reservation I made 4 weeks before.was not there! So I arrived at 9:00. To stand there with 3 other families that didn't have rooms at 900 at night. Thanks booking .bombed

Door didnt work well. Had to slam it to make sure it was shut. Outside entrance door didnt close, kind of a safety concern. Shower drain backed up so was standing in 2 inches of water for a 5 min shower. Room was smelly. Stains on carpets. Bathroom fan very poor lot so of condensation after a shower. Doors dirty with black fingerprints
