My second stay and both stays the rooms stink of smoke ! The hotel is run down. They don’t check who comes in the hotel and all day there are homeless people coming and eating- I don’t mind helping but these people have poor hygiene and lack mental capacity. It’s very sad. No closet and no ironing board- disappointed

They have a great space and a nice layout. I know he said it’s fairly new so I understand it still being put together. This place has great potential and he was a great host.
Negatives:
The apartment definitely could do with some deep cleaning. I tried cleaning it myself but it’s really not what I came to do on my trip. On our last day we were also asked to vacuum and throw the trash away; which I don’t have much of an issue with but it was kinda weird given the fact that we paid a cleaning fee. I’m big on detail and the cleanliness for me is top priority. It’s not filthy by any means and you can be comfortable I would just recommend a more detailed clean.
