Negatives: Staff couldn’t find my booking.com reservation and payment at check in. They put 2 holds on my account - one for $150 to be refunded once the morning staff processed my checkout, and a standard $100 deposit. After neither deposit being refunded in 10 business days, I called and they told me they found damage to the room (smoking), and kept the entire $250 on top of having the room been paid in advance through booking.com
