Positives: * Rooms are fairly large * Staff provided immediate responses for problems in thr room * Bathrooms are clean * Location and neighborhood is exceptional * Kitchen tools are fairly enough, espc. machines
Negatives: * Please consider giving couple of bottles of water during checkin and during stay each day to the rooms, despite the existence of fountain on the gnd floor * Shower head is not moving to any direction.Please provide a solution unless it is totally normal * Rooms smell dust and humidity. Consider rechecking the filters of AC. * Consider providing full service to rooms every day without being asked by the guests. Cleanig is a must for such rating hotels * A little bit pricy room according to service you take * Some buttons on elevators do not work, which gives the suspicion regarding their reliability * Breakfast must address to all people around the world. "All meats pork" on some days should not apply for "Hilton". Please consider giving beaf and pork at the same time. Besides, breakfasts should contain fresh tastes: tomatoes, cucumber, green vgtbs. etc. Think about it.
