Negatives: The front desk sold my reserved room which was booked 5 months in advance, out from under us after I spoke to them the day before!!! The front seat staff was rude and arrogant.

Negatives: Room was dirty and furniture was worn out and torn in several areas. Kitchen cabinets were broken and didn’t close at all. Room didn’t have proper A/C and they had a standing A/C which could cool only 1 room. Bathroom had no exhaust fan which gave entire room a dampness feel to it. Hairs in shower and for some odd reason on the back of the bathroom door.
