Positives: who worked at the front desk was polite. There was breakfast provided, but it was essentially "re-heat and serve" food. Not much in area for breakfast, so this was fine. But these were the only thing I wouldn't rate 1/10 for this hotel
Negatives: My room was terrible and won't be staying there for work in the future. The rug was old, full of stains, and smelled. Pillows were flat and mattress felt like laying on springs. The furniture in the room was stained. Toliet ran for 20 minutes after flush

Negatives: Multiple Fraudulent card charges by the Homewood Suites hotel reception (starting immediately upon check-in, before even getting to the rooom, resulted in both my and colleague cards blocked by the banks . Unfortunately before bank blocked cards, two payments went throughw which were much higher than the reservation. The receptionist was totally unhelpful to solve this and just blamed booking.com

Positives: Breakfast was good
Negatives: A/C in our room did not work, tech went to see it said it was fixed and it was not. Asked for extra pillows we were 5 people and had no pillows, had to also ask for extra towels, had to call twice to get the towels, finally got the towels 2 hours later.
