Positives:
Rooms were a good size. Our room had a shower and a bathtub.
Negatives:
There is no where on the property to go out and sit. They have one area but it is part of the hotel restaurant. When you spend this much money there should be somewhere to sit next to the water without having to pay for it.
I requested a shower chair before we arrived and didn’t get one delivered until day 3. This made it very difficult on our family. A hotel of this size and price should have accommodations for people that have handicaps

rude personal, room missing expectations, leaking shower, missing shampoo in the shower, cold floor, air conditioner working on cooling only with 15C outside, missing robe and slippers (when floor is cold) and very high price for all this mess
