They reduced my charges after they lost my reservation and told me they'd sold out my fully paid stay.

It's too long to go into. Suffice to say they lost my reservation, told me they were over sold, made me wait at least 30 minutes while they figured out their password (?), and then blamed me for arriving late - after I had email confirmation that they knew I would be arriving early the next day.
The hotel also has a horrible smell of cleaning solution. The cafe was ok but was totally understaffed. The waffle I ordered came out fine, but the "real maple syrup" is not real, and they put cold compote on my hot waffle. I also had to send my poached eggs back because I ordered them well done but they came out liquid.
Uniforms from the front desk to the serving staff were sloppy, stained - almost like they were dirty personal clothes.
It just feels like there's no one in charge.

Wonderful location. Nice building and probably great for events. The water taxi has a stop right outside to take you to the airport or other parts of the harbor if you'd like.

Although the rooms were large and modern they were a little tired. Needed a little maintenance - peeling of wallpaper etc.
A delivery I had sent there went missing so I never received it.
