Great location. Room was very nice and clean. Hotel was quiet.
It would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room since the hotel did not have any vending machines and the restaurant was closed.
Stayed in four battery. It would have been nice if there was someone at entrance. Walking in late night was little nervous.I also was taken by surprise with the 25.00 extra fee. They did when checking out.
We didn't realize that even with the higher nightly rate for the room, we had to pay an extra FIFTY DOLLARS to park our car there overnight. This was a shocker upon checking in.
Mattress was old.

Voices from the outside main entrance were very noticeable in the room on the second floor above the entrance

Drove around Boston for an hour after driving 15 hours to have a valet attendant tell me my truck was too big to fit into garage. Ok. ThatÃ‚'s fine. What IÃ‚'m not fine with is the response I got after asking where I could park. He told me,nowhere close
Was in a great location along the water and was secluded enough that didn't have to worry about a lot of traffic. Was easy to walk to all the places we wanted to. Staff was friendly and great and the room was fantastic.
Didn't have the Golf Channel
Shower leaked all over bathroom water was 2 inches deep. They did not provide maid service and overcharged my credit card.
Front desk staff was not always at the counter and needed to wait sometimes for service.
Proximity to the North End, water views.
