Positives:
It was 10 min away from my family, I also like that there was breakfast in the morning. Overall my stay was decent.
Negatives:
When we got to the hotel there was Feces in the toilet along with urine.I told the persons at the front desk even showed him a pic he was Nonchalant.The bedding was dingy. It's a good thing I always walk with my own sheet and pillow cases as well a towels

The woman on reception was one of the rudest people I've ever met. Anyone checking in appeared to annoy her, she was disinterested, and had no concept of even the basics of customer service. I would recommend the hotel provides some training for their staff.

15min Uber ride to downtown Boston,anywhere between $14 and $26 depending what time .

We are disappointed in the change they made. MY reservation was for a 3-star hotel and they sent us to the Ramada hotel without warning. 2 stars. and they billed me the same. We also traveled as a family group and they separated us. I want to make a formal claim

Really there was not to much to like from the disengaged and poorly trained staff to the run down condition of the property. The high point was the staff attending to the meal area on Saturday morning. They were very helpful and engaging.
Negatives:
Had to call numerous times to try to verify I would have a room on late arrival. I called 4 times and got a different response each time. Asked for a call back from Manager which I have still not received back. Property run down and air conditioner was inches from the bed and the person next to air conditioner was freezing
