Positives: I booked the hotel for the indoor pool. The hotel didn't have one and the out door pool was closed. The room was musty and smelled like mold. The staff was nice and apologetic .

Positives: Had to check in to three rooms before I found a room that didn’t smell like smoke. There was also an issues with my car being hit and the hotel did nothing to try to help me even understand how this happen
Negatives: This is a bad hotel please don’t go there from the dirty rooms to the smell of weed all over hotel!

Positives: They ladies at the desk were very helpful and nice but the fact that was double charged and charged for a car that didnt have and the hold of $100 each time paid the room never went back on cards and never refunded the money back for the double charges.
Negatives: Didnt like that stuff in room was already messed up or not working and the fact that was charged for a car that difnt have and double charges done on card not refunded and holds not put back on card as well and that moved to other hotel cause closed it.

Positives: The convenient location. The price was right.
Negatives: My room wasn't dusty, meaning the lamp shade, pictures, and window sill. Lots of noise in the hall and hearing the train. I had to ask two or three couple of times for them to keep the noise down. Breakfast was good.

Positives: The room was handicap accessible, which I need. The staff was great, only complaint there is that very few employees spoke English. The breakfast was great. The willingness to help was great, the language barrier was the only issue. Overall, loved it.
