Very small rooms, no parking and valet was full so had to drive around Boston to find other parking , no mini frig in room, restaurant was closed for renovations with no warning

Included breakfast was great.

A little pricey but probably due to location. They only had one washer and one dryer on site for guests to do laundry. Spent time doing it which could have been spent touring Boston.
