Positives: Wonderful staff, very helpful. Convenient to restaurants, walk to shopping and the harbor, free late checkout until time to leave for the airport, comfortable king bed, free computer and printer use. Public areas immaculate. Best 3 star ever.
Negatives: We were only there for one night. The room would be a little bit small if we hadnÂ't been there for a long-term stay,. For longer I would take room with 2 queen beds for nearly the same price.

Very centrally located to walk to many attractions. Rooms were very clean and modern; staff was very friendly. Rooms were small as is often true in downtowns of large cities.

The staff was exceptional, From the parking valet, door man to the people manning the desk. Could not ask for friendlier people!. I was totally surprised at how quite our room was. We were on the 8th floor. towards the back of the building. Room was small, but efficient nothing more or less that we needed, King bed was so comfortable. the only downside was breakfast not included and was $17 per person min......
