Positives: Weve stayed at this hotel previously during the times of the Boston Marathon. We love the location and its close proximity to the MTBA. We also love the breakfast in the morning and the happy hour in the evening. This is the best hotel in Boston.
Negatives: During this stay, the hotel lacked planning for what the runners eat prior to the marathon. Twice they ran out of oatmeal and bananas which marathon runners tend to eat prior to a big race. Otherwise everything else was great.

Negatives: For the amount of money I paid I expected to find a parking to park not $60.00 dollars per day for valets. I forgot my toiletries nothing was provided in the room just the towels. Very disappointed

Positives: Housekeeping and cleanliness were overall great. Appreciated the heated pool and spa as well.
Negatives: I had 3 very fitful nights of sleep due to the noisy heater (located in the bedroom)cycling on and off. Also, check in staff was a little snooty that I had booked third party. There is also a very loud sales rep that accosts people at breakfast.

Positives: That it was close to the airport and that there was an airport shuttle.
Negatives: The staff hung up on me 10x when I called to get a shuttle from the airport. At the hotel, no one was working the desk. Waited forever for staff behind the office to noticed me. Hotel room dirty, sheetsw/ numerous make up stains, hair, etc, clearly used.
