The hotel was in an excellent location to walk around Boston. It is literally just minutes away from all the action. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

I asked for a small gift for my son's graduation be left in his adjoining room . Unbeknownst to me they upgraded the graduate to a room with a king sized bed ! My 6'3 new Grad was ecstatic !

No- but the type of trip selections do not apply . My trip was family with young adult children and two near seniors .

The room was spacious, impeccably clean and well furnished. Was an unreasonably hot day, went to my daughters 4 hour graduation and lunch, followed up by cooling off at the Fairmont Copley Plaza. I also appreciated the lack of an honor bar. Bravo! They are not necessary. We had appertifs in the downstairs bar before heading out for dinner. The location is amazing and this was actually the reason why we chose the Fairmont Copley. In the midst of the heart. Perfect stay.
