Positives: We love the foyer, the dog, the location and the staff!
Negatives: Sadly we caught covid whilst in Boston and we were unable to receive a refund for checking out 2 days early. Booking.com said it was up to the hotel and the hotel said it was up to booking.com We were not well and felt we should leave the hotel and were given no support.

Positives: The location and property was great for my stay. I enjoyed being centrally located to where I needed to go for work and the walking distance to shops and restaurants was perfect for my stay. The staff and team were extremely friendly and quick to answer my questions in a really nice professional manner.
Negatives: There was nothing I did not like about my time at the hotel. I had a great visit, room was perfect and I didn't run into any issues with my check in or out process.

Positives: A beautiful, grand old hotel. A treat to stay there
Negatives: Although I had a prepaid “Fairmont Gold” room, it was a long wait to check in. Check-in is at 3:00 pm and Check-out is at 11:00 am. A 20 hour stay and you have to spend 1/2 hour of it waiting to Check-In. (To Note: no signage/direction for Fairmont Gold Check-In Desk). One staff member doing Check-In and one other “doing training” and about 5 groups of people waiting to Check-In. Each group seemed to require at least 10 minutes to go thru the process. There was no Front Desk Manager or otherwise monitoring to add additional staff or assist.

Positives: Excellent location. Our party waited 2+ hours to be served our dinner and the waitstaff was gracious enough to comp our meal.
Negatives: Room was dated and unrenovated. Staff was overwhelmed due to Boston Marathon.

Positives: the location was the best. In was in the middle of all important sights. we walked everywhere. metro station only 1 minutes away and the entrance to the Mass pike highway was around the corner
Negatives: it is an old charming hotel. the bathroom was old, knobs and handles were loose, there were two beds but only one night stand. not enough space to store clothes. they should put more shelves and hangers

Positives: First of all, our room was Exquisite!! We were treated like Royalty!! My wife and I loved the service from the Gold Team. We especially liked the friendliness and conversations we had with Jai and Sophia. The Housekeeping staff did an exceptional job as well! Lastly, to be fair, the entire Gold Team exceeded our expectations!! Kudos to Fairmont Copley Plaza!
