The staff was friendly. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice.
Negatives:
It was in a very industrial area. Not a lot of restaurants within walking distance. They suggested a parking garage down the road would be more economical than theirs and it cost almost as much plus it included a walk to the hotel. There were a group of protestors outside the hotel banging on buckets and exclaiming how dirty the hotel is. Needless to say this was uncomfortable. All in all it was not the romantic stay I was expecting, but once we got settled our room was comfy. Also, breakfast was super crowded and the staff could barely keep up with the demand, though they were very nice.

Breakfast was always overcrowded. That didn't present a challenge in getting food from the buffet- lines moved quickly and buffet was constantly refreshed. It was a challenge finding where to sit and eat in dining room
