Very clean, all amenities included, breakfast had a waffle-maker, and the parking was relatively cheap compared to some other hotels in Boston.

The area was not the greatest due to a large amount of police cars and ambulance noises but generally it was not bad enough to interrupt sleep like I've seen some reviews say. It is right on Mass Ave and easy walking distance from a nicer part of town!

There is a lot to not like. There is a hospital and a police station nearby and there were sirens all night. The room was not good. The air conditioner is really cold and the toilet continuously ran. I asked them to fix it, but they did not. The location is not a very good part of town.

Breakfast was basic but nice. The room was well set up except for the toilet. Staff were friendly but very busy due to staffing levels, which is typical these days.
Negatives:
Round toilets are not acceptable. Oval are a minimum requirement. To add insult to injury the round toilet had an oval lid. Almost every access door was locked due to security issues. Sirens were very frequent and sometimes irritating.

The staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. The room was clean and functional but not the standard I would expect from Hilton group.
Negatives:
The location of the property is terrible. Its in a really rough part of town and there is an abundance of homeless people that gather around the hotel entrance and on occasion actually got into the hotel - primarily to steal food. The building wasnt secure and the car park was across the street meaning a walk in the dark after parking your car. The price for the stay was way too high to ignore any of these issues.
