Positives: Close to the airport but youÂ're on your own here. No one asked if we needed help . Just assumed we always stay there.
Negatives: Basic room with no frills. I called to get some tea bags because my husband canÂ't have caffeine, the guy who answered the phone practically yelled at me. They did bring ONE tea bag. For the price you pay, IÂ'd stay somewhere else next time.

Positives: Other than location to the airport, the Hilton ailed. No staff. Long line with only one desk attendant checking visitors into rooms. No information provided on room service. Room phone disabled unable to use it. Only restaurant in hotel has terrible food.

Negatives: I immediately parked in the lot when I arrived that cost 50+ dollars I also discovered the valet parking on site 24 hours later for $58 These methods added a lot of money to my $--- per night room. Most hotels have free parking. I had no idea.

Negatives: Room was not clean, a lot hair in the bathroom. Departed at 2:15 am, staff too busy talking to assist me and I was ignored. Some excellent staff members that made my experience better.

Positives: The greeting staff were great, helpful, friendly & kind. I had a very early flight, I was promised that I would get a wake up call, or they would come to the room and knock on the door. THEY DID NEITHER & WERE THE FRONT DESK WAS VERY RUDE! Very STRESSFUL.
Negatives: The rude attitude of the early morning front desk staff. I was even asked 4 times if everything was out of my room...I ANSWERED YES 4 TIMES while on my portable oxygen and in a wheel chair. UNREAL...never again!

Negatives: I was given a handicap accessible room which had a connecting door to next room which was not very private. Could easily hear tv and neighbors conversations.
