Homewood Suites by Hilton Boston Seaport

Negatives: Finish time of 9am was too early for the breakfast. A small bar or lounge would be good too rather than the self pour system but not a big deal overall in this excellent hotel

Negatives: Out of the 6 staff members we contacted 2 were nice and helpful, 4 not really nice and not helpful.

Negatives: Breakfast. More like a cattlemart, always cold with paper plates and cups and plastic knifes and forks! No kettles for making tea in rooms????

Negatives: The cleanliness-hairs on the bed sheets and in the bathroom. We dropped a hat behind the nightstand and it came out dirty, dusty and with spiderwebs. Claustrophobic especially when we pulled out the couch for the night, absolutely no space to pass. No room for a family of 4 to eat in this suite. Air conditioning is blowing straight into the bed so you can't breath at some point. Breakfast is a joke-eggs under different forms and bagels. No vegetables at all, if you want a low calories meal - not an option. Overcrowded, no table to sit, you have to ask somebody to fit you on their tables, families were sitting on the lobby floor, unacceptable. The checkout lady had some attitude, not acceptable. The parking is by valet on a remote parking, if you forget something in the car and want to just take it out, you need to wait 20 min, just take out your things then return the car, makes not much sense to me. Location is remote, at the harbour but somehow far away from everything, a mile and a half from the downtown pier and another half to the Boston Massacre for example, a distance neither for car nor for walking. The pool I didn't see but my husband said it was small, strong chlorine smell and overcrowded. Overall I think we paid too much money for the experience we had.

Negatives: Indoor pool was a bit small for size of hotel. It was cramped with families. $60/night for parking is absurd and you just to have to deal with it, which isnt great.

Negatives: No bottle of water in the room and at the reception they said it's only for VIP clients. Breakfast not filled in quickly and too crowdy places

Negatives: The location was not entirely convenient to walking to the city's attractions - which is something I could have taken better note of before booking the place.
