The hotel is overpriced for the service provided. First, our flight was delayed by 4 hours, and when we arrived late, the receptionist refused to discuss any discount and was quite rude. Definitely not the level of service I expected for the price.

The location was perfect. The food at the Harborside Grill was good and the staff were all friendly and pleasant.

I requested a room facing the airport, but there wasn’t one available this time. Waited 40 minutes for the shuttle bus from the rental car facility.

View oh harbor and Boston skyline was outstanding. Staff was attentive and professional, especially the restaurant personnel. Location made everything easy for touring the city without the need to drive! A perfect experience

The staff and service were wonderful. The clam chowder in the lobby restaurant was delicious. The view from our room was stunning both in the evening and at sunrise.
Negatives:
The hotel itself is a bit dated and could use a refresh. The bathroom has a strange layout. The sound proofing between the rooms needs to be enhanced.
