Positives: Facility was clean. Our room was not ready after arriving at 11 am. Our room was still not ready by 4 pm so we were given a complimentary upgrade. Information relayed by check in staff was inconsistent. 2 people stood out and made our stay exceptionally awesome! Samantha at front desk (hope I got this name right) and William at the restaurant!! Samantha (?) was very accommodating and set the tone for our wonderful stay. William was absolutely awesome! He welcomed us every morning for breakfast, attended to our needs, offered sightseeing tips and made us feel like we were the most important customers in the room. He often checked on our kids making sure they were ok because they had food allergies. He was very cautious to make sure they ate the right foods on the buffet. William made our stay and whole vacation absolutely wonderful! He is so deserving of a promotion and recognition! Because of his exceptional service, we recommended Hyatt to our other family members who will be visiting Boston. Thank you William!!!
Negatives: The kids requested water at the front desk but the staff was not friendly to them. My kids felt bad after that.
