The room was non-refundable and not transferable. We had to cancel and got stuck paying a lot of money for 2 nights.
Location was excellent for inner city travel. Restaurant staff was excellent. Front Desk staff was hit or miss, except one who was outstanding. Concierge (all of them) were excellent.
Trying to get someone to clean the room even after we agreed to once every 4 days was a real nightmare. Use of room key to activate elevator was really hit or miss.
The property was lovely and all of the staff we interacted with were great. The location was also perfect for our daily plans.
It's close to where my business meeting was.
Destination fee. I will look at other locations nearby next time. I dislike the lack of transparency in pricing and it complicates expense reports.

Location. Plush bedding. Helpful concierge. High floor.
Room service. Why do some hotels serve the same bland food at crazy high prices? Also, a hotel restaurant staff upon walking in was not attentive, walking pass me as I waited about 15 minutes before another helpful server found me a table.
A significant number of disappointments. No valet parking service. No room service. BIGGEST COMPLAINT IS THAT THE HYATT RESTAURANT PROVIDING CARRYOUT SERVED THE FOOD IN DEEP CARDBOARD BOXES WITH CHEAP PLASTIC WEAR. NO PLATES PROVIDED! CRAPPY!

Our air conditioning did not work in the room.
Clean rooms, friendly staff and great location.
Location was perfect! Within walking distance to anywhere you want to go.
Pool remained closed due to COVID. Hopefully it will open soon.
