The room service was exceptional and prompt. The meals and the drinks came in fresh and without issue. The rooms was immaculate and the bedding was incredible soft.

quiet hotel, very comfortable beds and large rooms. We booked two rooms beside each other for 5 people. The room and hotel was spotless, staff very helpful and the overall experience in the hotel was fantastic
Negatives:
would have to really stretch to think of something I didn't like about the hotel - on checkout they thought we handn't paid the entertainment tax which was already paid at booking.
