Positives: Location
Negatives: The room, though stylish in appointment, wasn't very nice. The bed seemed to need replacing, the glass shower door was broken and was therefore hard to open and close, the toilet didn't flush very well, and some of the light fixtures didn't work.

Positives: I love the rooms in the Nine Zero hotel. I find them peaceful and inviting.
Negatives: Unfortunately, the room required maintenance for the phone, thermostat and bathtub. Also, the front desk service was inconsistent.

Negatives: The valet was a looooong wait, standing outside for twenty minutes for $55. The complimentary wine was only for an hour so we missed it. The front desk staff was nice except you couldnÂ't hear them... Room was dusty and needed to be heavy duty cleane
