From walking in to the hotel, my husband and I were made to feel welcomed and special by staff. As we were there early, our room wasn't quite ready so we were provided with water and I met David, the Concierge, who was charming and funny and entertained me with stories of his life & meeting celebs (he really needs to write a book

This Hotel was amazing, recently Referbished, the rooms are very big, staff are freindly and always happy to help, restrant is great, good food and at a great price, shops are near by and the city center is a short walk away.

No Breackfast, but with the city centre a short walk away that was not an issue

The front desk and lobby were gorgeous
I found most in the bar very helpful, one night hostess was not too professional
Coffee in restaurant in am not hot. However room service coffee was very hot so just did that

The bathroom was not normal. The toilet hit the sink and was awkward, extremely small room with no closet or drawers. We requested 2 beds so you’d think that would have been disclosed! Tiny, cramped room
