Between Friday, Oct 4th, 2024 at midnight and Saturday, Oct 5th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Saturday, Oct 5th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Oct 5, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: The staff was absolutely amazing!!! Very friendly and accommodating!!! The building itself was in rough shape the floors were badly stained and there was a smell coming from somewhere!!! This was not from lack of cleaning on the staffs part it needs to be replaced!!

Negatives: The faucet was very hard to work. Had to use all your muscles to turn it on. The toilets when you flush were VERY LOUD. Housekeeping staff both mornings were way too loud early in the morning waking all of us up when we wanted to sleep in. They kept shouting, swearing, banging around
