Positives: Nothing and there was homeless people around it and drug addicts. The hallways smelled of urine and the room smelled like alcohol. Poor customer service upon check in and a family member told me that this was a shelter now for the homeless and section 8:(

Positives: The staff was rude and stand offish to my partner and I. They wouldnÂ't let me use my card for the security deposit because it was under my boyfriends name but I had the money on my card for the deposit so check in took over an hour.
Negatives: WeÂ've been to several hotels including another Ramadan in providence that took my card with no problem. Hotels in Boston that took my card with no problem! So the fact that this was mishandled even though I did everything that I usually did is annoying

Negatives: Yes start putting microwaves in the rooms so that the guess do not have to go downstairs or down the hall

Positives: Reasonable price. Good location for us.
Negatives: Rooms on the smaller size. Beds only full size vs queen. TV reception was poor. But I would definitely stay again.
