Positives:
The room was very comfortable. The lobby coffee was very respectable. The location could not have been better for access to Boston Common and the T that got us around the city.
Negatives:
The hotel is a little dated. The architecture on the first floor is a little wonky. There is quite a walk from the lobby to the fitness center and first floor bathrooms.

Common areas seemed inviting and were maintained well.
On site parking- come and go, which was convenient.
Close to a laundromat.
Negatives:
Booked two rooms and one of our rooms was very average. Bath didn’t work. Missing one curtain. Light wasn’t working. One room had a fridge and microwave and the other didn’t. Maintenance was called to fix the light (which they did) and the bath (which they did but it stopped working after one night). The microwave couldn’t be used in one room as the PowerPoint was unsafe. This was brought up with the front desk and nothing was done further.
Air conditioning was filthy.
Bathrooms were dated.

Good location, not far from the start of the Freedom Trail. Clean and moderately spacious rooms. All fine.
Negatives:
It's functional and nice, but nothing spectacular. Just a solid experience, fine location. If you need a decent hotel, not too expensive, and centrally located, it's a perfect choice.
